David J Wade | Architect
Third generation Arizona native, David is a graduate of Arcadia High School and the University of Arizona College of Architecture. His 30 years of professional experience include commercial, office, retail, restaurant and resort and land planning projects. Currently David is specializing in providing full architectural services in the custom home market in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
His work includes a variety of styles with emphasis on contemporary desert architecture with a sensitivity and response to the climate, materials and living conditions of Arizona. His work ranges from small remodels to large luxury estates. He is very accustomed to doing local projects for out of state clients and can tailor his services to accommodate the clients needs, desires and lifestyle. He believes first and foremost that the project is the clients, not his, and in order for a project to be a success, the clients needs must be met.
David strongly believes in the teamwork approach to a project involving the client, builder, interior designer and landscape architect early on in a projects development in order to achieve a more synthesized design as opposed to the project moving from professional to professional as the process moves forward which is so typical of construction projects and the market. David intentionally runs a small firm in order to give the attention to detail in all aspects of design and construction in order to maintain the integrity of the design all the way from initial schematic design to final completion of the project. He has extensive experience with hillside and difficult lots as well as a very good reputation with design review boards and various municipal building departments.
